We arrived in Bristol around midday on September 7th and set up the cameras in front of Robert Manners, an artist who runs Container.

Container is an artists led exhibition and workshop space set up by the Stokes Croft Contemporary Arts Project; a Community Interest Company. It was founded by Robert Manners and Paul Witt in 2008 and is based in Bristol in and around Stokes Croft.

Since we interviewed Robert, in March 2010 Container began a program in the Bristol Museum & Art Gallery – a commission from the Museum called the Plinth Project. A series of 6 newly commissioned pieces of work made specifically for an empty plinth location in the museum’s entrance hall. Each artist has the new piece of work on the plinth for 2 month period.
